Bay Wellness Coaching update during COVID-19 (we're still open)

During this time, we are still open and meeting remotely. I know that anxiety has been high, but we're still here to help you reach your goals. We meet through the phone, Zoom, Facetime, Google Meets.

Your support of our services enables us to give back in ways where we can utilize our expertise to help the community. Just a few of the projects we've been helping with during COVID-19:

SF LGBT Center:

I've recently been volunteering at a few nonprofits including the SF LGBT Center's Employment Services to help those who have been impacted by unemployment or job loss. They offer a lot of free resources for LGBTQ folks, check it out. 🥳

"We see employment as a basic right for LGBTQ individuals in order for them to increase financial health and build assets over time. To this end, we offer a range of services, events, and workshops tailored to support participants’ job searches, to offer networking opportunities with potential employers and to connect to further training opportunities."

Nice Queer Pals:

As a professional facilitator, I've been providing pro bono social and wellness facilitation for group calls at this grassroots nonprofit. They're committed to providing free education and social support services to marginalized communities, e.g., women, trans folks, people of color, and low-income individuals. It's been a lot of work but I've also been supporting Nice Queer Pals on their journey to obtain 501c3 status.

Wellness Journeys Youtube:

We've been writing, recording, and publishing lots of free resources for people on our Youtube so definitely check that out!

Wellness Journeys Podcast:

We're doing a series of queer conversations on our podcast to help people who might be feeling isolated where they are. Let us know if you want to share your story on there!

We're glad to be able to focus most of our time on our clients while still using personal time to continue to provide wellness services for the greater community. Sending all our well wishes to everyone.
